We bake our donuts fresh every single morning. All orders are packed in airtight, food-grade packaging and shipped via express couriers to ensure they reach your doorstep within 24 hours of leaving our ovens.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can use our delivery calendar to select a specific date for your occasion. We recommend choosing a date one day prior to your event to account for any local courier delays.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated range of both vegan and gluten-friendly donuts. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please note that all our products are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, and dairy.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 4 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How should I store my donuts if I'm not eating them immediately?
Our donuts are best enjoyed on the day of delivery. If you need to store them, keep them in a cool, dry place inside their original box. We do not recommend refrigeration as it can dry out the dough.
